1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Rendita Inc. ("Rendita", "we", "us" or "our") collects, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have. Rendita decides how and why your personal information is processed and is responsible for it.
This Policy applies when you visit rendita.ca, when you use Rendita's website, mobile application and related services (the "Platform"), and when you contact us. Personal information is any information about an identified or identifiable person.
In this Policy, an Owner is a person who lists an item for rent and a Renter is a person who books it, as in our Terms of Service.
2. Key points
What we collect. Account details, the outcome of an identity and age check run by Stripe, payment and payout references, what you put in listings, messages, reviews and claims, and technical information about how you use the Platform. See Section 3.
Sensitive information. Your government ID and a selfie are collected for us by our identity-verification provider, Stripe Identity, to confirm your age and identity. Rendita does not receive the images. See Section 3.1.
Information from others. Profile details from Google or Apple when you sign in with them, and registration details from Revenu Québec when you give us a Quebec sales tax (QST) number. See Sections 3.4 and 10.
How we use it. To run the marketplace, keep it safe, move money between Renters and Owners, communicate with you, improve the Platform, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Some decisions are automated; Section 5 says which, and how to have a person review them.
Who receives it. The other party to your booking, anyone for what you make public, the service providers that run Rendita, and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal information. See Section 7.
Where it goes. Our service providers are mostly in the United States. See Section 8.
How long we keep it. For as long as you have an account and we need it, and then on the schedules in Section 11.
Your rights. You can access, correct, and delete your information, withdraw consent, and complain to us or to a privacy regulator. See Section 14.
Who is in charge. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is named in Section 16.
3. What we collect
3.1 Information you give us to use Rendita
Account details. Your first name, email address, password or passkey, and a phone number that you verify with a one-time code sent by text message.
Identity and age verification. Before you publish a listing or confirm a booking, we ask you to complete an identity check with Stripe Identity, which confirms that you are 18 or older. Rendita gives Stripe your email address and a reference to your account and, where you already have a Stripe customer record from paying on Rendita, a reference to that record. Stripe collects for Rendita a photo of your government-issued ID and a short selfie video, including biometric features extracted for liveness detection; this biometric information is used only to confirm your age and identity.
From the verification flow itself, Rendita keeps the outcome of the check (whether you passed, and whether you are 18 or older), the date it completed, the legal name confirmed by the verification, and a reference to the Stripe session together with a record of the outcome kept for audit and fraud-prevention purposes.
Rendita does not receive or keep your ID image or your selfie.
Stripe sends us the date of birth it verified so that we can confirm you are 18 or older; we use it for that check and, when you change your legal name, for the comparison described below, and do not store it.
If you give us a QST registration number, we also use the confirmed legal name to check that the registration is yours (Section 10).
When a check finishes as verified, or is stopped because you did not meet the age requirement, Rendita asks Stripe to redact the information you gave Stripe. That request is asynchronous and Stripe may take several days to complete it.
If a check fails and you do not try again, Rendita sends the same request once seven days have passed since the failed attempt.
If you leave a check part-way without submitting it and do not start another, Rendita may not send that request.
If a check is cancelled before it finishes, Stripe does not accept a redaction request for it.
In both of those cases Stripe keeps any material under its own retention period. Stripe's practices are described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Legal name changes. You can change your legal name from your account settings by confirming a code sent to your verified phone number and completing a new identity check with Stripe, which works as described above. We keep a record of each request: your legal name before and after, any note you add, how we classified the change, the status of the new check, our team's decision and any note about it, and when the request was made, took effect or ended.
If you have a payout account, we also compare the date of birth from the new check with the one Stripe holds for your payout account, to confirm that the same person is making the change; we keep only whether they matched, not either date. The new name takes effect no sooner than 72 hours after we email you about the change, which gives you time to cancel a change you did not ask for. When it takes effect, we update the name on your Stripe payment record and remove any QST registration number you gave us (Section 10).
Payment details. Card details are collected directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. To set up your payment record, we give Stripe your email address and your name: the legal name confirmed by your identity check if it has completed when the record is created, otherwise your first name. If you later change your legal name, we update the name on that record.
We keep Stripe payment tokens and transaction identifiers, and we also keep a copy of the transaction records Stripe returns to us, which can include the name, email address, phone number and billing address associated with a payment. Section 11 says how long we keep them. When you agree to a deposit hold, we also keep a record of that agreement. Section 11 says what it contains and how long we keep it. Stripe describes its own practices in its privacy centre.
Payout account. To receive rental payments, an Owner sets up a payout account with Stripe on Stripe's own pages. Rendita gives Stripe your email address, phone number and the legal name confirmed by your identity check to start that setup. Stripe collects the identity and bank account details it needs to pay you, under its own privacy notice. Rendita keeps a reference to your Stripe account and whether it is ready to receive payouts; we do not receive or store your bank account details.
Quebec sales tax (QST) registration number. If you list items for rent and you are registered for QST, you may give us your registration number. Providing it is optional; we use it only as described in Sections 4 and 10.
3.2 Information you choose to share
Profile: a photo, a short bio, and a general location you set as your default.
Listings: photos, a title and description, a price, availability, the city or neighbourhood, the pickup address, and, if you add them, identifying details of the item such as a serial number.
Messages: the messages and attachments you exchange with other users through Rendita.
Reviews: ratings and reviews you leave about a rental.
Claims and issue reports: descriptions, amounts, photos, video and responses you submit for a damage claim, for an issue with a rental, or to record an item's condition at pickup.
Reports about other users: the category, reason and description of a report you make, and any block you place. When you report someone from a conversation, we keep a copy of that conversation's recent messages from both people, including references to any attachments, with the report.
Support: what you send us when you contact support.
Preferences: your notification settings and your marketing email consent.
Launch notice: if you ask to hear when Rendita opens, your email address, when you asked, and the wording you agreed to. We use it only to send you that one email.
Do not put government ID numbers, card numbers, or other sensitive information in a listing, a message, or claim evidence unless we ask for it; we may remove it if you do.
3.3 Information collected automatically
Log and usage data: service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers record when you use the Platform, such as your IP address, the pages you view, referring URLs, and when you use the Platform.
Device data: your browser, operating system, device type and language preferences.
Booking payment IP address: we keep the IP address from which a booking payment is started, whether or not that payment completes, as part of that booking record.
Listing views: we keep a hashed form of the IP address of a visitor who views a listing so that we can count views without keeping the address itself.
Location data: the general location you type into a search and, only when you choose "use my location," your device's precise location. We do not read your location in the background.
Campaign data: the campaign or link that brought you to Rendita when you arrive from an ad or a shared link, such as the platform and campaign name.
Cookies and similar technologies are described in Section 9.
3.4 Information from other sources
Social login. If you register or log in with your Google or Apple account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive a friends list or other contacts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revenu Québec. If you give us a QST registration number, we receive the registration details described in Section 10.
Stripe. The outcome of your identity check and the verified legal name, as described in Section 3.1, and the status of your payout account. When you change your legal name, Stripe also gives us the date of birth on your payout account for the comparison described in Section 3.1.
4. Why we use it
We use personal information for the purposes below. We do not use it for other purposes without telling you first and, where the law requires it, asking for your consent.
To run the marketplace. To create and secure your account, publish listings, take booking requests, connect Renters and Owners, deliver messages, collect reviews, and provide support.
For trust, safety and fraud prevention. To confirm your identity and that you are 18 or older before you publish a listing or confirm a booking, and that a change to your legal name is made by you. We do this for trust, safety and fraud prevention on the marketplace, not to satisfy a legal identification requirement. Also to screen listings, messages and the photos you make public, act on reports about users, investigate claims and issues, block bots, and limit abusive traffic.
To move money. To charge Renters, collect a security deposit only when a damage claim is approved, refund Renters, pay Owners, assess and charge return fees, assess damage claims, and respond to chargebacks.
To communicate with you. To send administrative information, including changes to our terms and policies, and service notifications about your rentals, such as booking updates, payment problems, pickup and return reminders, and claims, by email and, where you have opted in, by text (SMS) or RCS message. To respond to your inquiries.
To improve the Platform. To understand how the Platform is used, identify usage trends, fix bugs, and evaluate and improve our products and marketing.
To market Rendita. To send marketing email only if you have opted in, and to measure which campaigns bring Owners and Renters to Rendita.
For tax. To check a Quebec sales tax (QST) registration number you choose to give us with Revenu Québec (Section 10), and to use the result to determine the tax treatment of our own fees and meet our own tax obligations.
For legal reasons. To comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.
5. Automated decisions
Some decisions on Rendita are made automatically, without a person reviewing them first:
A message that contains a term on our short list of abusive words, or that looks like spam, is rejected when you try to send it.
A new or edited listing that matches our screening terms is hidden from other users until a person on our team reviews it. Screening does not reject a listing on its own.
A listing photo or profile photo that matches an image on the lists of known child sexual abuse and exploitation material kept by child-protection organizations is not published, or is removed, and we handle it as the law requires. Photos that do not match are published as usual.
A booking request is cancelled automatically if the Owner does not respond within about 24 hours, or if the payment authorization expires or is abandoned.
If you report another user for a safety reason and choose to block them, the block is applied immediately.
The QST name comparison described in Section 10.
When you change your legal name, a new last name or a small spelling or accent correction takes effect after the waiting period without a person reviewing it. Other changes, and changes where the date of birth does not match your payout account, wait for a person on our team to approve them.
A legal name change ends if the new identity check shows you are under 18 or shows the same legal name. A new change cannot be requested for 7 days after one is rejected or ends because of your age, or for 7 days after your phone number changes.
Bot protection and rate limits may block a request that looks automated or abusive.
We also use automated tools to check listings, reports about users and messages for prohibited items, fraud and attempts to arrange a rental outside Rendita. Apart from the message, listing and photo cases listed above, a flag from those tools does not change anything on its own; it goes to a person on our team, who decides what happens.
Suspending an account is a decision made by a person on our team. If an automated decision affects you, you can ask someone on our team to review it by contacting support@rendita.ca, unless the law prevents us from discussing it.
6. When we ask for consent
We handle your personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec). We collect the information in Section 3 when you give it to us or use the feature that needs it, and we use it for the purposes in Section 4. We ask for your consent separately in these cases:
Identity check. The check is required to publish a listing or confirm a booking (Terms of Service, Section 4.2). Stripe asks for your consent on its verification screen before it collects your ID and selfie.
Marketing email. We ask for your express consent before sending you marketing email.
Text messages. We send rental notifications by text only after you opt in to them in your account settings.
Precise location. We read your device's location only when you choose "use my location" and your device asks for your permission.
You can withdraw a consent at any time, as described in Section 14. Without your consent, we use or share information only where the law allows it, for example to prevent fraud, to provide a service you asked for, or to meet a legal obligation.
7. Who receives it
We do not sell personal information.
7.1 The other party to your booking
When you request a booking, the Owner sees your display name, profile photo, ratings and rental history, including on your request, in messages and in their booking lists and dashboard, and can open your public profile.
The Renter sees the Owner's display name, profile photo, ratings and rental history, and identity verification status.
Other users see only a first name, not the legal last name confirmed by your identity check: the preferred first name you set in your account settings or, if you have not set one, the first name confirmed by your identity check. Before your check completes, it is the first name you entered at signup.
Before a booking is confirmed, a listing shows only its city or neighbourhood and an approximate map location.
Once a booking is confirmed, each party can call the other from the booking page until 48 hours after the rental is complete. During that time the call button gives the other party your verified phone number, which their phone shows when they call you and may keep in its call history.
We do not share your email address with the other party.
The Renter also sees the listing's pickup address and the item's identifying details, which stay available after the rental ends, for claims and follow-up.
Evidence submitted in a damage claim, and any response to it, is shown to both parties to the booking.
7.2 Public parts of Rendita
Your public profile (display name, photo, bio, ratings, number of completed rentals, verification badges, and when you joined), your listings, and the reviews you write and receive are visible to anyone, including visitors who are not signed in, and may be indexed by search engines. Your listings' map locations are shown at an approximate position, not your exact address.
7.3 Service providers
We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as needed for the function described. Our contracts with them require them to protect it and, unless this Policy says a provider uses or keeps it under its own terms, to retain it only for the period we instruct. They provide:
Hosting and storage (United States): the servers, database, sign-in service, file storage and backups that hold your account, profile, listing, booking and message data.
Payments and identity (United States): Stripe, which handles payments, payouts to Owners and identity verification. You deal with Stripe directly for each of these, as described in Section 3.1.
Email and text delivery (United States): the services that send our email, one-time codes and, where you have opted in, rental notifications by SMS or RCS message. They process your email address or phone number and the content of the message.
Analytics, error monitoring and security (United States): product analytics (Section 9), error reports that may include your IP address, device information and account identifiers, bot protection and content delivery.
Screening (United States): automated tools that check listings, reports and messages as described in Section 5. They process the text being checked and return a score to us. Before a message is checked, we replace email addresses, phone numbers, postal codes and long numbers in it.
Photo matching (United States): PhotoDNA technology licensed by Microsoft at no cost. We turn each listing and profile photo into a fingerprint (a hash) on our own servers and send only that fingerprint to Microsoft, which compares it with lists of known child sexual abuse and exploitation material and tells us whether it matches. The photo itself is not sent.
Google Maps Platform (United States). When you use a map or address search, Google receives data such as search terms, your IP address and your coordinates. Google is not one of our service providers: it uses this data under its own Google Privacy Policy, including to provide and improve its own products.
Both screening providers may keep what they receive under their own retention periods. We will tell you which provider performs a specific function if you ask us at privacy@rendita.ca.
Your opt-in to text messages, and the record of that consent, are not shared with any third party other than the carriers and providers that deliver those messages.
7.4 Legal requests, disputes, and safety
We may disclose personal information to courts, law enforcement, regulators, and tax authorities where the law requires or permits it:
to comply with a valid court order, warrant, production order or other legal request;
to meet our own tax and record-keeping obligations;
to investigate fraud or a safety risk, or to enforce our Terms of Service;
to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rendita, our users, or the public.
Where the law allows and it would not put anyone at risk, we will tell you about a legal request for your information before we respond to it.
If a Renter disputes a charge with their card issuer, we may send Stripe and the card network the booking record, the Renter's verified legal name, the messages between the parties, and any claim evidence needed to respond to the dispute.
We may also share personal information with our professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to run Rendita.
7.5 Business transfers
If Rendita is involved in a merger, a financing, an acquisition of all or part of its business, or a sale of its assets, we may share or transfer your information as part of that transaction or its negotiation. We will tell you before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
8. Transfers outside Canada and Quebec
Several of our service providers are located outside Canada, mostly in the United States. Core personal information (your account, profile, listings, bookings, and messages) is stored and processed in the United States, and the payment, identity, messaging, analytics, error-reporting, security and screening providers described in Section 7.3, Google for maps, and Microsoft, which receives photo fingerprints for matching, are also there.
Laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your province, and authorities there may be able to access your information under their own laws. When a service provider outside Canada processes personal information for us, our contract with it requires it to keep that information confidential and protect it. Where the Quebec Act requires it, we assess the transfer and document that assessment before personal information leaves Quebec.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes below. A cookie that keeps the Platform working or secure runs without consent.
Essential cookies. They keep you signed in, protect your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and save your preferences. Disabling them may affect how the Platform works.
Bot protection (United States). Bot protection is an essential security technology and runs without consent.
Campaign cookie. When you arrive from an ad or a shared link, a first-party cookie named rendita_acq records which platform and campaign brought you here, the page you arrived on, and when. It contains no name, email address, or account identifier, expires after 30 days, and you can remove it by clearing your browser cookies. If you create an account, we record that campaign with your account to measure which campaigns bring Owners and Renters to Rendita.
Product analytics (United States). Product analytics runs in an anonymous mode: the events we record describe what was done on the site (for example, a search or a listing view). Events recorded in your browser carry a random identifier that is kept only for your current browser tab, so they are not joined across visits. Events about a booking, such as a payment or a cancellation, are recorded on our servers under that booking's identifier instead, so the events about one booking can be put together. No event includes your IP address or precise location or is recorded under your account; some events record the city you searched for or saved.
We do not use analytics events to identify or profile you, and we do not ask for consent before recording them. Signed-in users can turn product analytics off at any time in their account settings, or by contacting us at privacy@rendita.ca. We do not respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals.
10. QST registration checks
You give us this number directly. When you do, we send only that number to Revenu Québec's public validation service. We receive the registration status, its effective date, and the legal and commercial names Revenu Québec holds for that registration, and we keep what it returns as the record of the check.
We compare the returned name automatically with the legal name confirmed by your identity verification (Section 3.1), not with the name you entered at signup, so that nobody can claim another business's registration. If they do not match, we do not rely on the registration unless you show us it is yours; you can ask someone on our team to review that decision by contacting support@rendita.ca.
If Revenu Québec cannot find or validate the number, we do not keep it. If you change your legal name, we remove your number when the change takes effect, because it was checked against your previous name; you can add it again to check it against your new one. How long we keep the record of a check is described in Section 11.
11. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as you have an account and we need it to provide the Platform, and after that only for as long as the law requires or a legitimate business need remains, such as keeping tax records, resolving a claim or dispute, or defending a legal claim. Certain categories are kept on defined schedules:
Payment records. We overwrite the personal details in the transaction records we receive from Stripe after two years, keeping the amounts and identifiers we need for our own accounting.
Message attachments. Files attached to a message are deleted two years after upload, unless a legal hold covers a participant, the booking, or the conversation, or the conversation is under an open user report, or the file is referenced by the copy of a conversation kept with a report; then they are kept until none of those apply.
Reported conversations. The copy of a conversation kept with a report is deleted two years after the report is closed. If either person deletes their account, the copy is deleted then, unless the report is still open, a legal hold applies, or the law requires us to keep it; in those cases it is deleted once none of those apply.
Message screening results. When our automated tools flag a message, we delete the flag 180 days after the message was sent. If the conversation has been reported, we keep the flag until two years after the report is closed. A legal hold keeps a flag until the hold is released. If either person deletes their account, the flag is deleted then.
Claim evidence. Photos, video and other files attached to a damage claim are deleted two years after upload, once three years have also passed since the claim was finally resolved. Evidence for a claim that is still open, or where the deposit could not be collected, is kept until the claim reaches a final outcome. Return-fee assessments do not store evidence. Pickup photos and video attached to a booking are kept in the same private evidence store on the same schedule. A legal hold on you, the booking or the claim keeps this evidence until the hold is released.
Deposit hold consent records. When you agree to a deposit hold, we keep a record of that agreement: the amount, the last four digits of the card, the version of the terms and the wording you were shown, and when you agreed. We delete it on the same schedule as claim evidence, whether or not you still have an account: two years after you agreed, once three years have also passed since any claim on that booking was finally resolved. A claim that is still open, or a legal hold on you, the booking or the claim, keeps the record until neither applies.
QST registration checks. We keep the result of a QST registration check while your number is on file. If the check showed your registration as active under your verified legal name, or our team accepted it after you showed us it is yours, we keep the record of that check for seven years after we stop relying on it, including after you remove the number, change your legal name or delete your account, because tax law requires us to keep the records that support the tax treatment of our fees. Any other check result is deleted when you remove the number, change your legal name or delete your account.
Identity verification. Identity verification results and the related audit record are kept for as long as your account exists, and are deleted when your account is deleted. Legal name change requests are kept on the same basis.
Records of our team's actions. When someone on our team acts on your account, a booking, a claim, a listing or a report, we keep a record of who did it, what they did, when, and which account or record it concerned. That record is kept, including after you delete your account, because it shows how your information was handled. The note our team wrote to explain the action is removed three years after it was written, unless a legal hold applies; then it is removed once the hold is released.
Campaign data. Kept for as long as you have an account and deleted with it.
Launch notice list. We keep your email address and the record of your consent until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them.
Your profile. When you delete your account we remove your name, photo, bio, contact details (phone number and email address) and location from your profile, but keep the record itself: what remains is shown as "Deleted user" so the rentals, reviews and tax records that refer to you still make sense. Your listings come off the marketplace.
Photo match records. If a photo matches a listed image as described in Section 5, we keep a record of the match, and the photo in a restricted store with limited access, for as long as the law requires us to preserve it for the authorities, including after the account is deleted.
Reviews. Reviews you wrote and reviews you received stay on Rendita after you delete your account, without your name or photo. They are part of the other person's rental history, not only yours.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business or legal need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. Copies of deleted database records and files may remain in our backups for up to seven days after deletion. Messages you sent to other users remain in their accounts.
12. How we protect it
We limit access to personal information to the people on our team who need it for their work. Our team can read your messages when reviewing a damage claim, an issue report about that booking, or a report that one person in a conversation makes about the other, or when the law requires it or we are investigating a security incident. Our tools record each time someone on our team opens a reported conversation.
No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury to you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
13. Age requirement
Rendita is for people 18 and older. We verify that users are 18 or older through Stripe Identity before they can publish a listing or confirm a booking. Creating an account and browsing do not require verification. Sending messages requires a verified phone number, not the age check. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not market to anyone under 18.
14. Your rights and how to use them
Under PIPEDA and the Quebec Act, you have the right:
to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information;
to request rectification or erasure;
where Quebec law applies, to receive the computerized personal information collected from you (not information we created or inferred from it) in a structured, commonly used technological format, or to have it sent to a person or body the law authorizes to collect it, unless doing so raises serious practical difficulties;
not to be subject to automated decision-making without a way to have a person review the decision (Section 5);
to withdraw a consent you gave us at any time. If you do, we may no longer be able to provide the parts of the Platform that depend on it.
You can use these rights as follows:
Review and update. Log in to your account settings to review or update your profile, phone number, notification settings, and marketing preferences. Your legal name comes from your identity check; to correct it, request a legal name change there (Section 3.1).
Marketing email. Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any marketing email we send.
Text messages. Turn them off in your notification settings or reply STOP to any message.
Product analytics. Turn it off in your account settings under Privacy & data.
Deletion. Delete your account yourself in your account settings, under Legal. We coordinate any required downstream redaction with our processors (including Stripe). If you have a booking that is still open, or money on a booking that is not yet settled, we complete that first and then delete your account; the page tells you what is outstanding. A legal hold placed on your account to preserve evidence for a claim, dispute, or legal request also delays deletion until it is released. Section 11 explains what is removed, what is kept and why. You can also write to privacy@rendita.ca if you would rather we did it for you.
Stopping publication (Quebec). If you live in Quebec, you may ask us to stop publishing personal information about you, or to de-index a link to it, in the cases the law allows. Write to privacy@rendita.ca.
Everything else. To use any other right, or to ask how we handle your personal information, write to privacy@rendita.ca.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will respond to a written request within 30 days of receiving it.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, write to privacy@rendita.ca, and the person in charge named in Section 16 will review it and reply. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
15. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, so we change it the way Section 22 of the Terms describes: we will send you a written notice by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, setting out only the new or changed text and how it read before, the date it takes effect, and your rights under Section 22.3 of the Terms. Where the law requires your consent before we use personal information for a new purpose, we will ask for it first.
The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect, and the last-updated date shows when its text last changed.
16. Person in charge and contact
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Rendita is Kanghee Lee, Founder, reachable at privacy@rendita.ca. Questions or comments about this Policy can be sent to the same address, or by mail to Rendita Inc., 500-366 Adelaide St E, Toronto ON M5A 3X9.
